All of you pets stay together and receive loving care for one per visit rate, not per pet. | POLICIES New Clients An introductory meeting is reqiured of new clients prior to making any appointments. This free consultation, 30-90 minutes takes place in your home, allowing an oportunity to meet, get acquainted with your pet and determine if he or she pose a threat, transfer keys and tour your home while discussing the details of the services required, forms, fees and policies. Operating Schedule LOL service hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 11:00 pm. Weekends, only in extenuating circumstances of existing clients, and only if providing services for clients whose vacation extends through the weekend. HOLIDAYS - There is a $5 per visit surcharge for major holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Reservations It is suggested that a client make reservations at least a week in advance, and a month in advance for holidays. However, we do understand that emergencies do arise and if we can accomadate our existing client's last minute request during such a time, we would love to. We may be contacted by phone anytme for such matters. Keys We request to retain two sets of keys at the time of contract signing. A spare to be kept safe and coded, not labeled in a lock box for emergency use or in the event of an emergency with your usual sitter. Both keys can be returned, per your request, at the time of last service, assuming the door can be locked without a key. Be mindful, with this option, if your trip is unexpectantly extended, there is no way for Lots of Love to provide further service. This will also require an additional pick up/drop off key fee. The key will be tested during consultation to ensure accuracy. Vaccinations All animals over twelve weeks of age are required to have a current rabies vaccination and be kept current for the duration of our care. |
